Terms of Service — Social Media Login

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of social media login features provided by
Eyexapp (operated by Eyexapp Teknoloji A.Ş.) and
Weblapp (a subsidiary brand of Eyexapp) across our applications, websites, and
digital services. By using social login via Facebook, Instagram (Meta Platforms), X (formerly Twitter),
LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, or any other supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using social login. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use
social login features. You may use alternative sign-in methods where available.
1. Definitions
- "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" — refers to Eyexapp Teknoloji A.Ş. and its brand Weblapp.
- "You," "User," "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses or uses our services and
social login features.
- "Services" — all Eyexapp and Weblapp web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and
related digital products.
- "Social Login" — the feature that allows you to authenticate using a third-party social
media account (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect).
- "Platform" — any third-party social media service (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Google, etc.) used for authentication.
- "Content" — any data, text, images, or other materials you submit or that are transmitted
through the Services.
- "Account" — the user account created in our Services upon social login authentication.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Sign in with [Platform]" or using any social login button on our Services, you:
- Confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your
jurisdiction).
- Agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- Agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection
and processing.
- Acknowledge that you have also agreed to the respective Platform's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Represent that the information provided through social login is accurate and belongs to you.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind
that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Social Login
3.1 Account Creation
When you use social login, an account is automatically created in our Services using the information provided
by the Platform (such as your name, email address, and profile picture). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your social media account used for login.
- All activities that occur under your account in our Services.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 One Account Per User
Each social media account may only be linked to one account in our Services. If you sign in with multiple
Platforms, these may be linked to a single account at your request. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent
restrictions or for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
3.3 Account Accuracy
You must ensure that the social media account you use for login is genuinely yours. Using another person's
social media account to access our Services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account
termination.
4. Platform-Specific Terms
When you use social login, you are also subject to the terms and policies of the respective Platform.
We are not responsible for the terms, practices, or actions of third-party Platforms.

- Your use of TikTok login is subject to the
TikTok Terms of
Service.
- We comply with TikTok Developer Terms and do not use login data for content scraping or automated posting.
- You may revoke access via TikTok Settings > Security > Manage App Permissions.
4.5 Google
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use social login and our Services only for lawful purposes. You may:
- Authenticate and access your account using supported social media platforms.
- Use the Services in accordance with their intended functionality.
- Link or unlink social media accounts from your profile settings.
- Request data export or deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use social login with a social media account that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to
use.
- Create fake, misleading, or impersonating accounts through social login.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Services via social login.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or the social login authentication flow.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our social login implementation.
- Use the Services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, spam, harassment, or
distribution of malware.
- Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
- Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or access credentials to any third party.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the terms of the social media Platform used for login.
Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination,
without prior notice. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,
icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Eyexapp Teknoloji A.Ş. or its
licensors and are protected by Turkish and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual
property laws.
The Eyexapp and Weblapp names, logos, and all related
product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Eyexapp Teknoloji A.Ş. You may not use these
marks without our prior written permission.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. However, by submitting content, you grant
us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such
content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
7.3 Platform Trademarks
Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and all related logos and marks are trademarks
of their respective owners. Our use of these marks in social login buttons is solely for identification purposes
and does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond the authorized API integrations.
8. Data Processing & Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data through social login is governed by our
Privacy Policy. By using social login, you consent to the
data practices described therein. Key points include:
- We collect only the minimum data necessary for authentication and account creation.
- We do not post on your behalf or access your private messages.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- You can request data deletion at any time by contacting
privacy@eyexapp.com.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
9.1 Availability
We strive to keep the Services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Social login
availability depends on both our Services and the third-party Platform. We are not responsible for downtime
caused by Platform outages, maintenance, or changes to their APIs.
9.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to, at any time and without prior notice:
- Add, modify, or remove supported social login Platforms.
- Change the scope of data requested during social login.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services.
- Update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Disconnecting all linked social media accounts from your profile settings.
- Requesting account deletion by emailing
privacy@eyexapp.com.
- Revoking our app's access on the respective Platform's settings page.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
- Your social media account used for login is suspended or terminated by the Platform.
- We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity on your account.
- Required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
- We discontinue the Services or the relevant social login feature.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Services via social login will immediately cease.
- We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of
Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 "As Is" Basis
THE SERVICES AND SOCIAL LOGIN FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND
"AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR
COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
11.2 Third-Party Platforms
We do not warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of
any third-party Platform used for social login. Your relationship with each Platform is governed solely by that
Platform's terms and policies.
11.3 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- Social login will always be available or compatible with all Platforms.
- Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
- The Services will meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Eyexapp, Weblapp, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but
not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use social login or the Services.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Actions or inactions of any third-party Platform.
- Any bugs, viruses, or errors transmitted through the Services.
- Any content or conduct of any third party on the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall
not exceed 100 USD (or the equivalent in Turkish Lira).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our
liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eyexapp Teknoloji A.Ş., Weblapp, and their officers,
directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses,
liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services or social login features.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
- Your use of a social media account that does not belong to you.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri).
14.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally
by contacting us at legal@eyexapp.com. We will make good-faith
efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction,
that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions
of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
The failure of Eyexapp to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such
right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed
by Eyexapp.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the
entire agreement between you and Eyexapp regarding social login and supersede all prior agreements,
representations, and understandings. Any additional terms provided by the social media Platforms apply
independently and are between you and the respective Platform.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify you via email or in-app notification for material changes.
- Provide at least 14 days notice before the new terms take effect for material changes.
Your continued use of social login after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the
changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using social login and may request account
deletion.
